Before you register with the practice, I encourage you to read all of the material on the web site regarding my practice philosophy, availability, insurance plans, and so on. For an optimal doctor-patient relationship, both of us should feel that it is a “good fit.” Also, check out the Online Patient Services section to see all of the exciting ways our state-of-the-art technology will increase your convenience as parents.

Please note that self-registration will not immediately enroll you as a patient of the practice and does not legally obligate us to provide care until you have been contacted by a member of our staff to transfer your records and insurance coverage (if necessary).
